ELIGIBILTY STANDARDS

Coursework Requirement

  • A minimum of NCE/OND Certificate or its Equivalent
  • An affidavit/Police report/Criminal background fingerprint report attested to by the supervisor
  • Completion of 175 classroom hours in Behavior Analysis or earning a master’s degree from an ABAI-accredited or APBA-accredited or National Universities commission/National Commission for Colleges of Education approved program
  • Concepts and Principles of Behavior Analysis - 25 hours
  • Measurement and Experimental Design - 25 hours
  • Ethical and Professional Conduct Session - 25 hours
  • Behavior Change Applications - 25 hours
  • Identification and Assessment -25 hours
  • Intervention and Implementation - 25 hours
  • Special Topics - 25 hours

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Supervised Fieldwork: A minimum of 500 hours of supervised fieldwork in the science of Behavior Analysis
  • A video clip of a demonstrated specified skills procedure to be attested to by the supervisor as evidence/proof of experiential learning

• Objectively Structured Practical ABA examination (OSP-ABA-E)
